A YouTube video depicting the excessively aggressive behavior of a vacationing family as they attempt to rescue two relatives from a broken elevator at the recently-opened Royalton St. Lucia Resort has gone viral thanks to Reddit user xArchetype.

In the video, various members of the family can be seen ascending several flights of stairs in attempt to locate their trapped companions. A female can be heard dishing out orders to “pull every fire alarm possible.”
“They have no cameras right? How do you break it?” queries the woman. The group then encounters a female hotel employee who tells the family, “Don’t worry, don’t worry”.
But one family member doesn’t take kindly to this request: “No, we are not worrying, it’s not your fucking kids. We have been having problems with you fucking people, fuck off!” she angrily exclaims.

As the tourists try to pry open the door of the elevator, they are advised to calm down by a different woman, who lets them know that maintenance will be along shortly.
The trapped man and a younger woman are eventually able to free themselves from their brief period of confinement — and then the man really flips out and threatens the staff with violence.
“This is fucking bullshit! I will fucking kill you, you understand?!” he yells at a male hotel employee.
Just take the stairs next time, guys.
