Before Biden actually entered the restaurant, a strange moment occurred outside. As Secret Service shuffled Biden towards the restaurant, he abruptly stopped while looking up.
He then starts screaming ‘don’t jump’ at the person. We do not know what was being said to Biden, but could he have been being heckled?
If so, is this how Biden feels he can treat the citizens of the United States? To sarcastically discourage them from committing suicide? How disgusting. See a clip of that moment below…

He was in the city to see his granddaughter Maisy’s senior art show at the University of Pennsylvania, according to the White House traveling press pool.
Biden ordered a brunch favorite — pancakes — according to an onlooker.
About an hour and a half after arriving, Biden, first lady Jill Biden and their family stepped outside and were serenaded by Curtis Institute of Music students with the singing of the national anthem.
