Hundreds of teenagers broke into a Texas mansion while the family was away, and threw one massive party and did some major damage, as relayed by Fox 7 News in Austin.

The teens promoted the “mansion rager” on social media without the consent of the family, which has no high-school-aged children.

“We started receiving numerous phone calls from our neighbors that there were kids on our water tower on our property, there were cars up and down the street, and kids were hopping over the front of our fence,” the Austin homeowner told Fox 7.

Damages were estimated to cost thousands of dollars, the homeowner added.

When the homeowner made his way back, the teens had already started to flee the scene.

“It was horrifying. I mean, it was just [an] unbelievable total violation of one’s privacy,” he said.

It’s hard to know why the teens picked this particular home. All we know is that they advertised the party on Snapchat, informing everyone that things would kick off at 7 p.m. local time.

The “ad” also told potential party-goers to bring their own booze and weed. And bring their own booze they did, as the homeowner said he found beer and White Claw cans all over his front lawn.

The teens had also broken his front gate and smashed a television. Some had left their clothes behind, some of the attire sporting emblems representing their high school.

“I saw they had thrown like avocados at the wall, there was damage to sheetrock and baseboards. They had thrown tools through the sheetrock of our garage. They had my daughter’s toys scattered around the property,” the homeowner told Fox 7.

This particular “rager” came not long after teens broke into an $8 million home in Florida for a party of their own. Security systems at these homes may be stiffened should this trend continue.

“There seems to be little consequences for these actions, and I feel like it’ll keep getting worse if we don’t get to the bottom of things like this,” the homeowner said.
