Gary Busey Caught Sitting on a Bench With His Pants Down After Sex Crime Charges

Gary Busey is making news again — and, as usual, the development is a troubling one.

On Saturday, an apparent bystander videotaped the 78-year-old actor with his pants down in a park in Malibu, California.

Less than 24 hours before, authorities charged Gary Busey with sexual offenses. Those claims stemmed from a New Jersey convention held in mid-August, Daily Mail reports.

Busey allegedly groped three women at the Monster Mania Convention, according to Cherry Hill Police. Authorities reportedly say they expect more victims to speak about the alleged incident.

As for Saturday’s events, the bystander allegedly saw Gary Busey use a cellphone while sitting on a beach. 

Daily Mail’s story added: “He was [allegedly put] one hand down the front of his pants. [He also looked] around to make sure no one was watching before committing a lewd act.”

The tabloid added: “[Gary] Busey smoked a cigar for around 30 minutes afterward, looking out at the ocean before leaving the area, it’s claimed.”

Busey on Saturday shot down the claims over his alleged Friday behavior. He told a photographer that “nothing happened.” He said the whole interaction with the women lasted less than 10 seconds

Gary Busey’s Busy Career

Busey is a well-known character actor who appeared in more than 100 films. Some of his acting credits include Rookie of the Year, Predator 2, Lethal Weapon, Under Siege, and Point Break. He was nominated for an Oscar for Best Actor in 1978 for the film The Buddy Holly Story.

Authorities also arrested him on charges of spousal abuse and accused of sexually assaulting a female employee during the 2011 season of Celebrity Apprentice.

In 2016 a female employee spoke to the Daily Beast about the incident, noting, “We were smoking cigarettes outside, and [Gary] Busey was standing next to me. … He grabbed me firmly between my legs, and ran his hand up my stomach, and grabbed my breasts.”
