Model Carolina Gomez, who is currently dating influencer Yeferson Cossio, has gained online trolls telling her she looks like a sex doll rather than a human. When Cossio, who currently holds more than 10 million followers on Instagram, posted pictures with his girlfriend on the popular social media site, fans went into an uproar.

Many Instagram users turned to the comments section to share their thoughts. Some said that Gomez must have undergone surgery in order to look the way she does.

Gomez addressed the haters, saying, “I don’t think there’s anything wrong with women who do this, we are all beautiful in our own way. But for my part, the only thing I altered was my breasts. I don’t plan to do anything else.”
Gomez further addressed the comments that she has had work done via Instagram. The Colombian beauty posted a picture of herself as a baby with the caption “Apparently I have dyed my hair and injected my lips, and as you can see from the photographs I must’ve been doing that since I was a baby.”
On Cassio’s Instagram, the couple shared a video mocking their critics. In the video that features the accompanied caption, “They made fun of my girlfriend. She looks like a doll? Well, my girlfriend is a doll,” Cassio wanders around a city street before stumbling upon what seems to be a mannequin in a nearby window. Turns out it’s Gomez, pretending she cannot move. Soon, the video shows Cassio running into the store, grabbing Gomez like she is a life-size doll, and leaving the store with her in tow. Later, the couple is shown with friends at a restaurant while Gomez still pretends to be a lifeless doll, with Cassio putting makeup on her and even stuffing food into her mouth.
While some Instagram users live to troll the couple, others have been a bit kinder. In the comments section of their new video, one Twitter user wrote, “10 out of 10 for this performance.” Another commented “Great video, you made me watch it till the end.”
