Holy moly, talk about bad luck. In what turned out to be a terrible turn of events, several carnival cruise passengers were forced to evacuate their cabins after it began to flood. Safe to say this is definitely not what you want to see on a cruise ship! Need I remind you what happened with Titanic? At least they were able to stay on the ship for this one.

The whole incident was caught on TikTok thanks to Adrienne Marie, who decided to record the scary event. Carnival Vista Cruise sure has some explaining to do. The footage shows the entire floor covered in water as she walks across the hallway piddle paddling with her feet. According to the guest, the volume of water caused the cabin doors to open. Thta’s when a river of water went down the hallway.
Titanic Who?
Apparently, the incident happened on the sixth floor before it began to leak down onto the fifth. As far as what exactly is going on, according to this ship, it was actually caused by a busted pipe. This is what woke the passengers up, as the water was covering their ankles.
Safe to say her videos are now going viral, which are captioned, “ Walk to Water rushing in our cabin… Our Lives Flash before our eyes.” One of the videos has already passed over 11 million views, because well this is just insane and terrifying. The video also showed several people standing in the hallway as water just glided through their feet. You can see the poor carpet is absolutely ruined.
A Flooded Mess
The TikTok user went on to say that she wasn’t trash talking about the cruise company itself. Rather was only documenting her scary experience that later turned out to be funny. “We did actually Wake Up 2 the flood and water Pastor ankles,” she noted. She went on to answer several questions, saying that “the room filled all the way up and then bent the door”.
She continued, “The ceiling caved in and filled this room … eventually breaking through the door and filling our room and others.”
Despite the, let’s say wet incident, the group was able to still enjoy their time. You know, since it “wasn’t a major issue.” Sure does make you wonder how they actually got the water out. These people deserve a free Cruise for that jump scare.
