Catherine Zeta-Jones is unrecognizably blonde a new trailer of the upcoming National Treasure reboot.

Actor is anticipated in the play the villain in the latest installment of the National Treasure franchise. National Treasure: Edge of History will be a Disney+ Original series, not a film.

“I was just a huge fan of the National Treasure movies,” a virtually unrecognizable Zeta-Jones says in the trailer. She is revealed to be playing against her usual casting as a brunette.

Meanwhile, Mira Nair (Monsoon Wedding) is directing National Treasure: Edge of History. Furthermore, Rick Muirragui (Men of a Certain Age) is writing the program.

Notwithstanding Disney all that news, Disney has not attached a release date to the series.
