According to Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, Belinda Miller of Augusta, Georgia became furious when she discovered missing food items, and even after the staff corrected the order, she remained dissatisfied.

According to the outlet, Miller departed the location, but later returned and used her SUV to crash into the entrance of the fast-food restaurant, nearly striking an 18-year-old employee who was inside the building.

The Augusta Chronicle obtained an arrest warrant stating that Miller drove an additional four feet into the building before debris halted her vehicle’s progress. She immediately left the scene.

Authorities received reports of an accident and possible injuries in the area shortly after 7:45 p.m. local time. Later, they discovered her vehicle parked at her residence with damage to the front end.

Miller was taken into custody several days later and transported to the Charles B. Webster Detention Center, where she was charged with aggravated assault.

Fox 5 Atlanta reported that her bond was set at $4,000, but it is uncertain whether she is still detained.

No other details of the incident have been revealed by the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office. According to The Augusta Chronicle, the Popeyes manager at the establishment stated in the incident report that Miller had taunted the workers and had even called the restaurant and made threats about driving into the building before the incident.

She instructed someone waiting in line to hold their order “because she was going to return.”
