Michael Young is a husband, father, and pilot from Saint Simons Island, Georgia. But he may soon just be the latter of those three things after terrifying his sleeping wife during a stunt prank in the air. “I was bored and wanted someone to talk to,” he wrote on TikTok.

Michael Young, who goes by @av8_usa on TikTok, seems like a pretty chill dude. He posts videos of himself flying his Cessna 172 around and it’s all pretty serene. He gets around, showing footage of Miami, Key West, Jacksonville, Outer Banks, and NYC.
One video is super cute and shows his wife and two daughters in a deep sleep as he’s keeping the plane steady like a pro. “I guess I’m doing my job keeping it a smooth flight,” Young writes.

But it seems that the urge to f**k with his sleeping wife overpowered his sense of duty for a moment. While on the last leg of a week-long flying adventure with his wife, Michael Young decided to scare the living daylights out of her. For fun.
“I recorded the video a couple weeks ago on our final day of a seven-day adventure trip to a bunch of random destinations,” Young told NeedToKnow.Online. “She was sleeping, and I felt like it was the perfect time to wake her as we were getting closer to home.”
In the video, you can see his wife, Heather Young, sleeping peacefully in the co-pilot’s seat. Michael looks over at her a couple of times just to make sure she’s sleeping. Then he drops the gears and makes the plane go into negative G’s. Basically, he made the plane fall out of the sky for a second.
Heather Young immediately wakes up and starts screaming, at which point her husband resumes a regular flight setting. She looks over at him and starts hitting his arm. “What the hell?!?!” she yells.
Michael Young posted the video of the stunt prank to various social media accounts. It’s already garnered nearly 6 Million views on TikTok.
“My kids love it when I do negative G’s, but I’ve never done it while my wife is asleep,” Young told NeedToKnow.Online (via New York Post).

Comments range from all over the board. Some people think he should have upped the stunt prank and pretended to be sleeping like his wife. Others think he should have also started screaming with her. And many think he’s going to be served divorce papers pretty soon.
